Eastern Dragon: Discover the Best of Chinese and Japanese Cuisine in St. Albans

We got takeout here over the weekend. The price was quite good. The mu shu vegetables and the vegetable rice were surprisingly bland. The cheese raggoons were good. The spring roll was as to be expected. The dumplings were really quite good. The tempura cheesecake was good but heavy as I would expect. The tempura vegetables were good as were the sweet potato and vegetarian California roll sushi that we got. The seaweed salad was also quite good.

Our family have been loyal customers here since they opened, it is run by a hard working couple who always make us feel welcome. The food is here is amazing, fast, and cheap. They send the food out as it's ready, so for those expecting the apps to come out first and everyone to get their meal at the same time might be surprised. The past couple years have been extremely hard on restaurants especially, and I've watched them work even harder and adapt to a new online ordering system. No restaurant is perfect 100% of the time, but Eastern Dragon has been consistently wonderful over the years, and most locals will agree this is one of the best restaurants in town.

Consistently fantastic. Always ready within like 10 minutes. I never order unless I’m in the car and on the way because of how fast they are.

My partner and I were blown away with the quality of the food tonight. I just got take out so that's why I am not commenting on atmosphere, but all the staff had good vibes and I will go there to eat in the restaurant soon. I was pleasantly surprised to find really top quality Asian food in the middle of a small town like St Albans. Great work!

I only come to this restaurant for sushi or sashimi. It is the absolute best in the area. The wait is never inconvenient. I highly recommend!

I ordered some sushi for take out. Busy place. Delicious sushi. I will be going back for a sit down dinner and I will revise my review to include that experience.

The staff is always so friendly here! The sushi isn't "the best" I've ever had but it is fresh, thoughtfully prepared and always served with a smile. The owner went out of their way on my last visit to be sure my sashimi deluxe order had exactly the fish I wanted which was very much appreciated. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu and the won ton soup is *delicious*!
